At this point in time, the extension only provides a non-browseable text version of the outline – a similar result to what you’d get using other (online) outliners. However, it is a handy thing to have directly in your browser, when working on HTML5 documents.
The Download Now link will prompt a local download of the Google Chrome extension. To install the extension directly, open the file using your Chrome browser.
